
Shipping Policy
All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours from submitting purchase all orders will begin processing.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 7 to 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
If you have not received a tracking number within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) your order will be eligible for a full refund.
Due to COVID-19 and the spread of coronavirus, our policy will not allow us to accept any returns or exchange hair. The safety of our small team and customers will always be key to our policies and decision making.
